Privacy.

This notice explains what personal information Picora Media LLC ("Picora", "we") handles when you visit picorastudio.com or email us, and what you can ask us to do with it. Picora Media LLC is a Delaware limited liability company with a mailing address at 400 Rella Blvd, #207‑298, Montebello, NY 10901, United States.

This website

The forms on this site do not send anything to us. They open your own email app with your message filled in, and you decide whether to send it. The site has no accounts, no analytics and no advertising trackers, and it sets no cookies. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, so your browser connects to Google servers, which see your IP address. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (IP address, pages requested, time, browser type) for security and reliability.

When you email us

If you email us, we receive your name, email address and whatever you choose to send, such as links to your channels or work. We use it only to reply to you and, if we start working together, to set that up. We keep it as long as the conversation or the relationship is active, then delete it unless the law requires us to keep it.

Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We share it only with the service providers we use to run email and hosting, and only as far as they need it to provide that service. We may also share it when the law requires.

Your choices

You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to stop contacting you. Email hello@picorastudio.com and we will respond. If you live in California or another US state with a privacy law that gives you additional rights, you can exercise those rights the same way. We do not discriminate against anyone for making a request.

Children

This site is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, email us and we will delete it.

Changes

If this notice changes, the new version will be posted here with a new date.
